Plans and billing

Free, Premium, and Pro limits—and where to manage billing.

Plans at a glance

  • Free ($0): one active season, smaller team and player caps, default public theme, basic stats.
  • Premium ($19/mo): higher limits, custom logo/accent/hero, full stats, CSV exports, richer waivers.
  • Pro ($49/mo): highest limits, Court Cam streaming, AI game-day photos with automatic player recognition, custom domain, lowest registration platform fees.

When you choose a plan

Plans are selected during league onboarding. After signup, the primary owner can upgrade, switch paid plans, or schedule a downgrade to Free from Settings → Billing.

Billing settings

Open Settings → Billing to see your current plan, usage against limits, and subscription status for paid plans. Upgrade Free leagues with Stripe Checkout, switch Premium/Pro with prorated billing, or schedule cancellation to Free at period end. Registration payment volume usage is also tracked against your plan cap.

Paid plan Checkout collects a billing address so Stripe Tax can calculate applicable sales tax / VAT / GST/HST. List prices are tax-exclusive; tax (if any) is shown before you pay and is separate from registration platform fees charged to leagues.
